Contemporary restorative dentistry has evolved toward increasingly conservative treatments, where the preservation of tooth structure and adhesion represent the fundamental pillars of clinical success. In this context, direct composite resins, combined with state-of-the-art adhesive protocols, enable the rehabilitation of the posterior region with highly aesthetic, functional, and predictable results. The Stamp Technique has established itself as an innovative alternative for the precise reproduction of occlusal anatomy, reducing modeling time, optimizing occlusal fit, and minimizing the need for adjustments and polishing. Its original application is particularly valuable in conservative cavity restorations, where the original anatomy can be preserved prior to preparation. Currently, we apply the same technique to cases of generalized wear, where rehabilitation involves modifying the vertical dimension of occlusion. This lecture will address the biological and adhesive principles underpinning minimally invasive oral rehabilitation with composite resins, case selection criteria, clinical planning, and a step-by-step protocol for applying the Stamp Technique in these cases. Additionally, the most suitable materials, the procedure's main advantages and limitations, common clinical errors, and strategies to avoid them will be discussed, supported by current scientific evidence and clinical follow-up cases. The objective is to provide dentists with practical, evidence-based tools to incorporate this technique into their daily practice, achieving direct restorations with high predictability, excellent aesthetic integration, and adequate clinical longevity.

In the field of direct restorative solutions, a recently acquired technique that is attracting great interest among professionals is the Injection Moulding Technique. The author has developed the technique in an innovative way with the help of a new template dedicated to the injection procedure called Customized Hybrid Index. The technique involves the use of flowable or thermoviscous composites and allows the shape, surface and texture of the elements to be restored by replicating shapes defined in the laboratory through accurate waxing and tested with mock-ups before being injected. The classic field of application is purely restorative, especially in additive cases (e.g. diastemas, erosion/abrasion, etc.) from some anterior elements to the full mouth adhesive rehabilitations. However, the technique also becomes strategic in orthodontic cases in order to define the final volumes before orthodontic movements. A final, relevant option, developed by the author, is the application of the injection technique in even severe periodontal cases with significant loss of periodontal support. In these cases, after adequate surgical or non-surgical periodontal therapy, it is possible to restore adequate shapes by closing black triangles and, if necessary, splinting together elements with significant mobility. It is therefore clear that the fields of application are numerous and that the technique, as developed, constitutes an extraordinary therapeutic opportunity from an increasingly conservative and minimally invasive perspective.

Every day we compromise. Margin is too deep to handle optimally or the residual tooth structure is so limited, that we can't recreate natural shape of the tooth. We have to do indirect, but the patient doesn't want it. For years I was stuck in the unsatisfying and stressful workflow. What I will show you, is a protocol to minimize compromise for the patient and alleviate stress for the operator. No margin is too deep. The recipe is simple: the right skillset, rubberdam, Bioclear matrix and Teflon. No added coloring to artificial flavors. It gives the operator control and a predictable workflow that greatly enhances job satisfaction and patient outcome.

Over the years, flowable composites have reached such levels of reliability and practicality that they are suited not only to the posterior sector, but also to anterior aesthetic rehabilitations as an alternative to glass ceramics. The focus will be on: diagnosis, in-house and laboratory stent production workflows, usage protocols and the foundations of long-lasting restorations.
